Please Note: Because of the outbreak in 2010 of EIA (Swamp Fever) in Wiltshire, in addition to the EVA blood test and CEM swab, we also now require an EIA blood test, which can be done at the same time as the other tests.  All health test samples/certificates must be taken/dated within 30 days of the mare's arrival at Stud.  We require sight of all certificates before arrival of the mare.

Our aim is to breed competition horses, particularly eventers, with good temperament, soundness and ability.  Home-bred youngsters are often available for sale and can be seen by appointment.  Please see the "Horses For Sale" page for details.

The Stud, which is run by Tessa Clarke, has three stallions standing in 2012: Windsor Heights, Welton Double Cracker and Cevin Z:

Important Notes:-
All horses should now have their ULN (Unique Life Number) in their passports. No mare will be allowed onto the Stud without a valid Equine Flu and Tetanus Toxoid vaccination record.  Also, all mares must be tested for CEM and EVA and the certificates sent to WKS prior to travelling to Stud.
