Mare Services

At West Kington Stud our aim is to breed top competition horses, particularly eventers, with good temperament, soundness and ability.  We feel it is very important to give all youngsters, from an early age, a good basic training in general handling, leading, loading, etc.  Home-bred youngsters are often available for sale and can be seen by appointment - see Horses For Sale.

The Stud, which is run by Stud Manager, Tessa Clarke, assisted by Harry Thirlby, has the following stallions standing in 2019:

Alongside these stallions, Legrande will also be returning, together with Classic Opera, who will both be with us for a limited season only.
